Is the hike strenuous?

Cowles Mountain-Strenuous to Moderate. 3 miles roundtrip with 1.5 miles of 950ft of elevation gain.
Think stair climber or high elevation n a treadmill as a comparison when booking this experience.

Torrey Pines-Moderate-Easy. You begin by descending down the trail to the sand and sea then hike up. About 1.5 miles roundtrip.

Mission Trails-Easy 3 mile loop passing the San Diego Dam.

We get it. Things happen. We want to be as flexible as possible while also maintaining a balance between other guests, our guides, and tour partners.
We offer flexible cancellations and refunds up to 48hrs prior to the scheduled departure time. (For groups, up to 72 hours prior for refundable deposits and non-refundable thereafter. Final headcount and non-refundable payment due 48 hours prior).
This gives us a fair amount of time to coordinate with our guides.
No refunds for cancellations after 48 hours to tour departure time.
